Welcome to the Colin Blower Garages web site. The business was established in 1973 with the specific aim of offering the motorist a less expensive alternative to the main dealer for quality service to your car. Our motorsports and competition department was set up at the same time as our garage 31 years ago and has a hugely successful background, in that time we have won over 200 races and 9 championships.

Colin Blower Motorsport is now entering into its fourth season of the British GT Championship , but this time with the Vauxhall VX220. The car will be completely built and prepared in Hinckley. In addition to the GT entry we are currently preparing a 1965 Lola T70 Spyder-ex Denny Hulme and a Ford RS200 for the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb.

Mitsubishi Evo modifications is one of our speciality areas, engine mod's, suspension, brakes, wheels or an additional fuel tank of 55 litres can be added, all built to race car safety standards. Visit the Mitsubishi Conversions page for full details.

In recent years Britain has gone scooter crazy in an effort to escape horrendous traffic congestion, so here at Colin Blower Garages we have teamed up with Peugeot to bring you their best selling award winning range. A recent addition to our services is our CycleSport department, run by our factory trained mechanic Steven Blower, who has over 18 years experience in competition preparation, sales and service as a main dealer.

AutoTune at Colin Blower Garages are authorised Bosch and Lucas agents specialising in engine tuning and fault finding. Our extensive equipment includes a rolling road up to 300bhp, invaluable when Servicing and tuning modern engines.

We undertake body and paint repairs and have recently concluded a full body restoration on a Ferrari 246 GTS, nothing too big or too small.
